What’s the disaster of a curious mind,
everything that this world beholds in its arms,
possessed by an uncontrolled urge to find,
touched by the naive vision of nature’s charms,
I started my walk towards the path, not so usual to mankind…!!
What’s the disaster of a curious mind,
so much to learn like a puzzle to unwind,
It’s like an old ironical story in era of unkind,
what only you can see, to which the rest are blind,
open your conscience become a mastermind, on the path not so usual to mankind…!!
What’s the disaster of a curious mind,
to complete the task which was, long left behind,
fallen on my back, yet I stood up to remind…
remember those days when we vowed to serve the humankind…
you and me, the knowledge that binds. ..Together we walk on the path not so usual to mankind…!!
What’s the disaster of a curious mind,
open your eyes and you will find,
When Covered by the dark cloak of sorrows entwined,
Lighten it with the glow of wisdom that will always outshine,
if you agree, if you consent. Let’s walk together on the path not so usual to mankind…!!
But Don’t forget, the disasters of a curious mind!!
I love the form that you created here. Repeating rhymes schemes can be difficult, but you use it here with great beauty. But, most of all, your words made me think, and that is the real magic of poetry! Well done!
