भरोसा उमीदों से अबभी  कैसा,

भरोसा ज़िन्दगी से अबभी कैसा,

भरोसा  आशाओं से अब कैसा,

भरोसा अपने परायों से अब कैसा,

खुद को अब कितनी सजह दोगे ,

कब तक सच को दगा दोगे,

खुद को कब जीने की वजह दोगे!

Dear Readers, Ever since I started my blog on poetry, I have focused on English language poems and that became a mainstream focus for me all this while. However, very few know I started my writing journey with poems of my native language ( Hindi with a mix of Urdu words), hence after a very long time , for the first time, I am posting a Hindi poem on my blog. Line 1 – For how long you will give space to pain

Line 2 – For how long you will punish yourself again and again

Line 3 – Why do you still need to rely on expectations

Line 4 – Why do you still need to rely on unguaranteed life

Line 5 – Why do you still need to rely on a grander hope

Line 6 – Why do you still need to rely on someone close or a stranger

Line 7 – For how long you will punish yourself again and again

Line 8 – Until when you will betray the brutal truth

Line 8 – When will you give yourself a proper reason to live
